WHAT WE DO
We build prefabricated cabins, fully completed in our workshop north of Byron Bay and delivered by truck across Australia—ready to move in.
From backyard studios in Melbourne to two-bedroom cabins in the snowy Jindabyne, we build for anywhere.
Built to Australian NCC and Manufactured Homes standards, our cabins come council-ready, pre-inspected, and hassle-free to install, saving you time and paperwork. They’re removable, demountable, and relocatable, often bypassing council approvals, yet fully compliant Australia-wide if needed.
Unlike tiny homes on wheels, which are often classified as caravans with limited approval options, our builds offer more flexibility and fewer restrictions.

Preliminary Planning Assessment
We assess feasibility and determine whether you need council approval or are exempt. Includes a
desktop assessment, 30-minute consult with our town planner, and a final report. One-time fee:
$1,500.
Manufacturing
Our cabins are built off-site in our workshop, pre-approved, and delivered fully assembled.
Delivery & Installation
Your cabin arrives ready to install, with minimal site work needed.
Each build comes with an engineer-certified compliance plate, making it council-ready and stress-free.
