Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Impact, Sales

Location: Byron Bay

Reports To: Director

 

Working alongside founder of SB Dave, Paid and Purpose, the Sales + Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the digital strategy for brand and content-focused campaigns. In this role, you will ideate and execute on paid media amplification of brand storytelling across digital touchpoints, to foster community growth and deep engagement with the brand. 

The sales come easy after that. 

 

The role requires someone who is adept at blending the science of data and media with the storytelling content. 

Creating compelling content + stories to build brand impact and drive digital marketing strategies that earn attention in meaningful, measurable ways. This individual has a strong working knowledge of the digital media space, with emphasis on paid content marketing and content creation. Your day to day will include working with the business owner to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns in support of brand initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and execute support for major brand moments and marketing campaigns across all digital touchpoints, in support of subscriber growth, content viewership and engagement, cabin occupancy, and other brand goals

  • Provide feedback on creative brief development based on past performance, proposed tactics, and landscape research in the digital space

  • Develop thorough digital communications plans based on the marketer’s desired audience, message, and Brand & Business Impact team objectives

  • Channel the voice of the user and provide feedback on digital creative during creative development process

  • Scope, set up, and deploy audience targeting tactics across all digital media channels

  • Incorporate innovation and emerging media and marketing technology trends into media activation

  • Coordinate content creators and influencers

Who You Are: 

  • You have an in-depth understanding of the digital media landscape and have a clear perspective on digital media planning to drive measurable outcomes

  • You have a good understanding of photography and videography or are willing to lean. 

  • You have hands-on experience building out and managing digital media campaigns

  • You are proactive in seeking out resources to learn and finding solutions at a rapid pace

  • You have strong interpersonal skills, you work well with team members and external partners, and you like giving and receiving constructive feedback

Experience You Bring: 

  • 3+ years of integrated digital media planning and/or buying

  • A strong working knowledge of upper funnel digital media tactics

  • Experience in films, written content, or photography strategy preferred

  • Experience translating brand impact goals into clear and measurable KPIs, including setting up digital tracking in ad UIs and working with Research team on qualitative analyses

Job Title: Project Manager + Lead Carpenter

Location: Byron Bay

As the Project Manager, Supply Chain Environmental Impact, you will lead the implementation of a supplier environmental monitoring and compliance program, reducing environmental impacts across our supply chain.

Manage our ongoing projects and team to deliver work at a uncompromised standard. 

 

The Program Manager, will be a subject matter expert and have technical building methods and project coordination. 

Ideally environmental knowledge renewable energy, energy, chemicals, water and waste management, industrial air emissions, and wastewater treatment along with demonstrated experience implementing management systems to improve environmental performance in a manufacturing setting.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and execute delivery of projects Australia wide working from our Byron Bay workshop

  • Provide feedback on development based on past performance, proposed tactics for future designs

  • Conduct educational training

  • Develop, implement, and scale capacity building plan

  • Meet with suppliers to foster partnerships

  • Manage our small team of trades

Experience You Bring:

  • Qualified carpenter and project manager

  • Ideally environmental project management experience

  • Strong understanding of building supply chains, manufacturing processes, and the related potential for environmental and chemical impacts

  • Experience implementing resource efficiency improvements and environmental management systems at manufacturing facilities

  • Experience conducting trainings and/or public speaking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
