Job Title: Project Manager + Lead Carpenter
Location: Byron Bay
Reports To: Director
As the Project Manager, Supply Chain Environmental Impact, you will lead the implementation of a supplier environmental monitoring and compliance program, reducing environmental impacts across our supply chain.
Manage our ongoing projects and team to deliver work at a uncompromised standard.
The Program Manager, will be a subject matter expert and have technical building methods and project coordination.
Ideally environmental knowledge renewable energy, energy, chemicals, water and waste management, industrial air emissions, and wastewater treatment along with demonstrated experience implementing management systems to improve environmental performance in a manufacturing setting.
What You’ll Do:

Plan and execute delivery of projects Australia wide working from our Byron Bay workshop

Provide feedback on development based on past performance, proposed tactics for future designs

Conduct educational training

Develop, implement, and scale capacity building plan

Meet with suppliers to foster partnerships

Manage our small team of trades

Experience You Bring:

Qualified carpenter and project manager
-
Ideally environmental project management experience
-
Strong understanding of building supply chains, manufacturing processes, and the related potential for environmental and chemical impacts

Experience implementing resource efficiency improvements and environmental management systems at manufacturing facilities
-
Experience conducting trainings and/or public speaking
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
